About us...
UCG is a Technology Transfer Research Center Extension and Services (CITTES) whose specific functions are research and extension or service to society. This CITTES has thematic coherence and is related to specific fields of science such as Civil Engineering, Geology and Mining, with an additional function of contributing to the self-funding of the University. Applied research is performed attempting to direct the transfer of technology and science to society and provide various services. Furthermore, UCG is linked to the rest of the CITTES of the University and the Schools of Civil Engineering and Geology and Mining and plans to innovate as well as provide experience and research to society.
