Organized by Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, ICETA 2026 will be held in hybrid mode. Authors may present their papers in person in Loja or join online.

1. General conditions

Submissions must present original scientific or technical work, be written entirely in English, contain 6–10 pages, include no more than four authors, use the official template, and must not have been published elsewhere. Papers are accepted exclusively through EasyChair.

2. Originality and similarity screening

All manuscripts undergo an initial compliance and originality screening. The Proceedings Manager verifies basic requirements, analyzes similarity, and checks publication status. Authors must cite every source, idea, dataset, figure, table and previously published element appropriately.

At least one author must present every accepted paper. Talks may be delivered in Spanish or English, while slides must be in English. Each session includes a 15-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions.
